Be pampered in the wellness spa and salon with hair, manicure and pedicure stations and a massage room. Visit the consultation room for concierge medical programs which will be available to all residents.

Engineered for Safety

The entire 134,000 square foot structure is designed to be one of the strongest buildings in the Florida Keys, exceeding the Monroe County building code. Its exteriors, floors, and roofs are built almost entirely of concrete and steel. Windows are impact rated for maximum protection and temperature efficiency.

To ensure a continuity of carefree living even during hurricane season, this structure is Cat5 rated with winds up to 200MPH, which exceeds requirements of Monroe County and makes this one of the strongest buildings in the Florida Keys. The building has two generators that will power all units and common areas.
